Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my first issue? City Magazine International is published twice a year, in Spring and Fall. Your subscription begins with the first issue published after your order. Please allow 5 business days for delivery after the publication date.
Does my subscription renew automatically? No. You will receive an email six weeks before your subscription ends, inviting you to renew. If we hear nothing from you, the subscription simply comes to an end.
How do I cancel? Write to info@citymaginternational.com
My issue hasn’t arrived. What should I do? Let us know at info@citymaginternational.com within 30 days of the publication date and we will send a replacement free of charge.
I’m moving house. Update your address writing to info@citymaginternational.com no later than one monthbefore the next publication date.
Can I give a subscription as a gift? Yes. Tick the relevant box on the form and we will send the recipient a card announcing your gift, with a message of your choosing.
Can I buy a back issue? Issues still in stock are sold individually on the PURCHASE page.
